Ingredients:

Water: Filtered through Reverse Osmosis and Structured.

Wild Cultivated Yeast (made from flour/water): Our sourdough starter is nurtured over time right here in Pine Island, capturing the ambient yeasts and bacteria from the air to give your bread that distinctive flavor.

Celtic Salt: Pure, unrefined Celtic salt, enhancing the natural flavors of our bread without any artificial additives.
